This will offer an opportunity to get to know what clinical support you might need, and if we would be a good fit therapeutically.
Recognizing that everyone’s time is valuable and appointment times are limited, I ask that you provide at least a 24 hour notice if you are unable to keep your appointment. Each time a client misses an appointment without providing proper notice, another client is prevented from receiving care. Therefore, I Brandi Wilson, PLPC reserve the right to charge a fee of $35.00 for each missed (No Show) appointment, which is, absent for a compelling reason, and is not cancelled within a 24 hour advance notice. All cancellations can be communicated through email to firstname.lastname@example.org where it is time stamped. Rescheduling can be conducted through Brandi via email/phone call. “No Show” fees will be billed to the client and charged to the credit/debit card on file. This fee is not covered by insurance, and must be paid prior to your next appointment. Three “No Shows” in any 12 month period will result in termination from counseling services. Each client will be provided one “Mulligan” which allows 1 no-show appointment at no-cost, this will not count towards each client's 3 no-show limit. “Late arrivals” will constitute any client that arrives to a session, in person or virtually 16 minutes after the scheduled time. Each client has a 15 minute window, and after the initial 15 minutes, the session will constitute as a “no-show” and the client will be charged a $35 fee to the card placed on file which must be paid prior to the next meeting.
